TECHNICAL EXPLANATION: We changed shirts over 100 times each, taking individual pictures of each unique shirt. The designs on the shirts are not photoshopped. They are real shirts for each frame of animation. The video was exported at 30fps, while the T-shirt animation moves at 6fps (with a few exceptions where it moves faster) So, for each shirt, we took 5 pictures, so the animation of us (Rhett&Link) moves at 30fps, but the T-shirt animations move a bit slower. There are a few places where the motion seems so smooth that it looks like video. That's because, in those parts, there was no changing in T-shirts, and Joe used burst mode to capture the frames, making it look very smooth.

Michaela Pavlatova was born in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1961. In 1987 she graduated from the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague. As an animation film director, her films have received numerous awards at international film festivals, including an Oscar nomination for Reci, reci, reci/Words, words, words, the Grand Prix in Montreal, and accolades at Berlin, Tampere, Hiroshima, Stuttgart and the list goes on. Her short animated film, Repete, has also won a series of awards including the Grand Prix at the International Animation Festival Hiroshima and Golden Bear in Berlin. This is more or less a birthday gift to myself. I've been drawing it on every page of Moby Dick (using two books to get both sides of each page) for months. The soundtrack is built from searching "moby dick" on You Tube (I was looking for Orson's Preacher from the the John Huston film), I couldn't find the preacher, but did find tons of Led Zep and drummers doing Bonzo and a little Orson reading from the Novel for a failed Italian T.V. film...... makes for a nice Melville in the end.

En la República Checa, el topo es muy popular, en especial uno: el topo de las películas animadas de Zdenek Miller, fiel amigo de varias generaciones de niños checos. Es a este topo animado a quien Zdenek Miller, director de cine checo, autor de películas de dibujos animados e ilustrador de libros, debe su mayor fama.
"Comencé a trabajar en la primera película sobre el topo en el año 1954 y la terminé en el 56, o sea que realmente el topo tiene más de cincuenta años de edad". El mismo año de su creación, la película sobre el topo que soñaba con vestir pantalones fue galardonada en el festival cinematográfico de Venecia. Sin embargo, cuando a Miller le preguntaron ¿por qué había escogido como protagonista de sus cuentos a un topo?, respondió que había sido una mera casualidad.
